Seven Encore Locations Certified as Great Place to Work

Part of Ongoing Effort to Co-Create a Culture Where Everyone Can Thrive

We’re proud of our strong culture and aspire to make Encore a place where everyone can thrive at work and grow a great, fulfilling career. We also believe that a strong culture can only remain strong if it’s co-created with our colleagues.

That’s why we were excited to participate in a survey conducted by Great Place to Work® this July. Great Place to Work is the global authority on high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures. They’ve done pioneering research on the characteristics of great workplaces for over 30 years, and working with them provides us several opportunities to continue to learn and grow.

“We’re committed to making Encore a great place to work, and the insights we get from our colleagues through tools like this survey are the best way to achieve that goal,” said Ashish Masih, Encore’s President and CEO. “What’s more, because Great Place to Work surveys thousands of companies globally, we’re able to review perceptions of our workplace against benchmarks in our industry and beyond.”

As part of the survey process, Encore’s subsidiaries in various countries had the opportunity to become certified by Great Place to Work, and we’re pleased to share that we achieved certification in the following locations:

“A company’s culture is defined by its people, and we look forward to continue gathering input from our colleagues around the world and learning from the insights provided by the Great Place to Work surveys,” said Tracy Ting, Encore’s Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. “As we did with the development of our company Values, we are excited for this opportunity for our colleagues to come together to co-create a culture that makes Encore a great workplace where our colleagues can thrive.”
