Encore Connected Week: Celebrating How Our Values Empower Us

This November, we hosted our fifth annual multi-day virtual celebration, Encore Connected Week, where colleagues across Encore Capital Group® (Encore) came together to honor our three core Values — We Care, We Find a Better Way, and We Are Inclusive and Collaborative. This year also marked the fourth consecutive global give-back campaign held in conjunction with Encore Connected Week.

Centered around the theme “Empowered,” Encore colleagues explored how our Values enable us to help consumers restore their financial health, support our communities, and collaborate to drive better business results.

The virtual storytelling experience began with a fireside chat featuring President and CEO, Ashish Masih, and Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Tracy Ting. During the conversation, Ashish shared how he has witnessed our Values in action, highlighting the many ways colleagues bring the We Care Value to life throughout the year. The fireside chat concluded with Ashish and Tracy kicking off the global give-back campaign. Watch a highlight of the video below:

Once again, colleagues embraced the “We Care” Value by addressing needs in their local communities. Across Encore sites, our global community champion network identified local organizations focused on reducing barriers to economic freedom, particularly those providing necessities such as food and clothing as we head into the holiday season.

Together, our colleagues supported 16 organizations/charities around the world. Here’s a snapshot of our collective impact:
