Triple Win at Industry Awards
Oct. 30, 2019 – Cabot Credit Management, one of the largest credit management service providers in Europe, has won three awards at the Collections and Customer Service Awards 2019 – Debt Purchaser of the Year and Best Vulnerable Customer Support – Strategy – with Cabot Financial and – Best Legal Service Provider – with Mortimer Clarke Solicitors.
The professional industry judge’s comments on these wins reflect the company’s ethos which is to ensure the customer is always at the heart of its business. When commenting on the Best Vulnerable Customer Support – Strategy award they said: “Cabot Credit Management wowed the judges with a holistic approach to vulnerability. The business combined colleague welfare, consumer education, colleague training, awareness and technology to respond quickly to customers”.
And for the Best Legal Service Provider of the year win said: “Mortimer Clarke has shown that combining innovative customer feedback tools, with strong conduct and compliance management, is a winning combination”.
This event marked the 14th anniversary for the CCS awards which took place in Manchester on Wednesday 16th October. It was the first year these were combined with the Utilities and Telecoms Awards. Over 50 companies were short listed, with 30 companies entering across 13 categories.
