Tamar Yudenfreund, senior director of public policy for Midland Credit Management, an Encore Capital Group company, was recently appointed to The California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI)’s newly established Debt Collection Advisory Committee. As part of a seven-member board, Yudenfreund will serve to provide an important perspective to the DFPI as it stands up its debt collection licensing program.
“I’m humbled and honored to have been selected to serve on the advisory board of the DFPI,” said Tamar Yudenfreund, senior director of public policy for Midland Credit Management. “I am looking forward to working with the DFPI, putting our Mission, Vision and Values at the forefront, with the aim of supporting the creation of good public policy for our industry and the consumers we serve.”
